About Perfect Turf
Perfect Turf Pty Ltd (“Perfect Turf”) are a proud Victorian, family owned
and operated company that offers a comprehensive range of artificial
turf installations and landscaping and garden maintenance services.
Based in Carlton, Victoria, our company has been transforming
established sports grounds and designing new artificial turf installations
across Melbourne for over fifteen years. We love what we do, and we
strive for excellence. At Perfect Turf, we pride ourselves on working to
the highest quality, standards and exceeding the expectations of our
clients.
Our highly experienced team designs, constructs and maintains
cost-effective, beautiful turf installations and landscapes for residential
and commercial clients for any outdoor space required.
Managed by founder Paul Morgante, Perfect Turf tries to make a
difference in the artificial turf installation and landscaping industry
delivering projects on time and on budget.
Paul has a passion for completing turf and landscaping projects to the
highest possible standards. He takes pride in a quality finished product
and he believes in aiming for an outstanding result each time.
Assuring our clients of a highly capable and well-resourced service,
Perfect Turf has an operating yard and office in Carlton. We travel to all
locations from our base yard in Tullamarine. We currently have a
number of full-time staff and casual employees.
Relevant Experience
Managed by Paul Morgante, Perfect Turf is a highly experienced
landscaping and artificial turf contractor with over 15 years’ experience
operating Victoria wide. Paul has managed many similar scale projects
over the last decade, most recently at
- Kew High School for installation of three basketball netball courts and two mini soccer fields;
- Coolaroo South Primary School for installation of new soccer pitch and landscaping; and
- Torquay College installing large soccer field with four lane running track
Perfect Turf’s team takes a collaborative approach with all stakeholders
in the project, from architects and developer representatives through
to consultants and contractors. Critical to the success of their work is
thorough forward planning, strong project management and excellent
communication skills. With the directors’ years of commercial expertise
and dedication to excellence and personal service.

Expertise & Commitment
We have subcontracted to public and private schools for over 15
years. We have proven to work well with these, have maintained
an extremely high standard of works and have met every time
schedule requested with ease. In fact, all works are delivered
complete before the due date or times requested.
We are extremely flexible in our approach to work schedules & the needs of our clients, if they require a job to be brought forward or changed – we can do, if they have a list of odd jobs, or tidy ups
that need sorting – we can do.
All landscaping staff are versatile & fully trained in all aspects of soft-scaping, we use a licensed plumber for irrigation systems & other licensed subcontractors where required.
We have ample staff &
quipment to be flexible on site in case a piece of equipment or machinery breaks down. We can comfortably cover all bases.
